When you arrive to Ven with the ferry you'll find the bike rental on the right side of the road just above the first hill following the main road. It's no longer than 300 m and you can't miss it!
We have approximately 1500 bicycles for rent. Around 60% of these can be reserved via our website, the rest of the bikes are available for renting on the spot. We accept the most common credit cards and we also have a small shop and toilet here.
If you have a baby stroller or luggage with you you are welcome to leave that at the bike rental during your stay. We have space for them under the roof in the back and here's always someone close-by during our opening hours.
We also have helmets available and included in the bike rental. We do however recommend that you bring your own helmets if you are able, since we only have a limited amount.
The bikes are all numbered and arranged in rows with 50 in each according to the signs at the rental. When you rent a bike you will get a key with a numbered badge, and you look for the row with a sign covering that number.
When you've found the correct row you'll need to search a bit to find the exact bike.
All our bikes have a quick release for adjusting the saddle height. How to do this is demonstrated here.
It is also possible to rent our bikes at the Kiosk in Kyrkbacken (No. 26 on the map) Here you cannot make reservations through us.
If you encounter problems with the bicycle it is possible to change it for another one at these locations (marked with an X on the map):
